Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We understand that schedules may change. To maintain fairness and consistency, Forge Club uses a clear cancellation and rescheduling policy for all private training sessions.


2. Cancellations Made 24+ Hours Before a Session

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session:

  • The session is fully refundable in the form of a session credit

  • You may use this credit to book another session at any later date

  • You are free to decide when you want to use the session credit

  • No fees or penalties apply

This ensures flexibility while allowing us to manage scheduling effectively.


3. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before a Session

If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session time:

  • The session becomes non-refundable

  • The session is considered expired

  • No rescheduling, session credit, or refunds will be provided

Late cancellations affect the ability to serve other clients, so this rule ensures fairness and time management.


4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice:

  • The session is fully forfeited

  • No refunds or credits will be issued

Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.


5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling follows the same rules as cancellations:

  • 24+ hours before: allowed and converted into a session credit

  • Within 24 hours: treated as a late cancellation and the session expires


6. Emergency Considerations

In rare, genuine emergencies, exceptions may be reviewed at our discretion, but approval is not guaranteed.
