Not at all. Forge Club trains complete beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between. Sessions are structured to match your level while building proper technique, confidence, and physical capability from the ground up.
Training includes a blend of striking fundamentals, grappling basics, strength & conditioning, mobility work, and mindset development. Every drill has a purpose, and every session follows a structured progression to help you improve safely and effectively.
Sessions typically run 50 minutes. Frequency depends on your goals whether it's fitness, self-defense, skill development, or overall transformation. Most clients train 2–3 times per week for consistent improvement, but we’ll build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session can be rescheduled using a session credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and the session expires.

Comfortable athletic wear, water, and any personal gear you prefer though equipment is available at the studio. Arrive a few minutes early so we can go over your goals and tailor the session to your needs.
